BOB DOES TAXES, LLC

We do online service for all states from sea to shining sea.

My mission is to help you pay the least amount of tax that the law allows. Each year millions of Americans overpay their taxes, either because they do not know about all their allowed deductions, or because they pay interest and penalties. My job is to do it right and save you money.

As of this writing the IRS does not have the legislative authority to regulate the qualifications of any paid tax preparer. The IRS has created a voluntary program of continuing education called the Annual Filing Season Program. Tax preparers who participate are required to complete 18 hours of continuing education each year, 10 hours in tax law; 2 hours in ethics; and 6 hours of Annual Federal Tax Refresher training. Afterwards they must pass the required tests. Tax preparers who complete this voluntary program may list their ASFP credentials and are listed on the IRS website for public inspection. Additional, AFSP participants receive representation rights to assist their clients that non-participating preparers do not have.
